How to Enrol Your Child at Ballygiblin National School

If you would like to apply for a place for your child, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Read Our Admissions Policy

• You can download the policy here or request a copy from the school office.
  
  

2️⃣ Check the Annual Admissions Notice here

• This notice sets out key dates, the number of places available, and important information for the school year.
  
  

• Make sure to submit your application within the dates specified.
  
  

3️⃣ Complete the Online Application Form

• For mainstream: The application form is available here.

• For the special class (réaltaí): The application form is available here: 
  
  

• Fill out all sections carefully and attach any required documents.
  
  
  

4️⃣ Notification of Outcome

• You will receive written notification of the decision on your application within the timeline stated in the Admissions Notice.  Your acceptance letter will look like this.
  
  

5️⃣ Accepting an Offer

• If your child is offered a place, you must confirm acceptance in writing by the specified deadline.
  
  

• You will also need to confirm whether you have accepted or are awaiting other offers.
