If you would like to apply for a place for your child, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Read Our Admissions Policy
You can download the policy here or request a copy from the school office.
2️⃣ Check the Annual Admissions Notice here
This notice sets out key dates, the number of places available, and important information for the school year.
Make sure to submit your application within the dates specified.
3️⃣ Complete the Application Form
Application forms are available to download here, by emailing secretary@ballygiblinns.ie or from the school office.
Fill out all sections carefully and attach any required documents.
4️⃣ Submit Your Application
You can return your completed form by:
Post to Ballygiblin National School, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, P67 PK30
Delivering it by hand to the school office
Emailing it to secretary@ballygiblinns.ie
5️⃣ Notification of Outcome
You will receive written notification of the decision on your application within the timeline stated in the Admissions Notice. Your acceptance letter will look like this.
6️⃣ Accepting an Offer
If your child is offered a place, you must confirm acceptance in writing by the specified deadline.
You will also need to confirm whether you have accepted or are awaiting other offers.
